What happened

Required on `DELETE /v1/inboxes/{id}`, `POST /v1/api_keys/{id}/rotate`, `DELETE /v1/api_keys/{id}`, and `DELETE /v1/audiences/{id}` when the audience contains contacts. The error body describes the impact (counts, downstream effects).
