idempotency_key_in_use

The `Idempotency-Key` was reused with a different request body.

What happened

Keys are scoped to the workspace and the key's mode (`cl_test_*` and `cl_live_*` never share keys). Same key + same body within 24 hours returns the cached response with `Idempotent-Replayed: true`. Only successful (2xx) responses are cached: after an error the key is released and the same request can be retried with it. Same key + a different body or endpoint is treated as a programming error and returns 409.

How to recover

Use a fresh idempotency key. If you genuinely meant to retry, send the same body byte-for-byte.
