idempotency_replay_unavailable

The request already succeeded, but its response held a one-time secret.

What happened

`POST /v1/api_keys` and `POST /v1/webhooks` return a secret exactly once. Clement never stores it, so a retry with the same key can't replay the response. The message names the resource the first request created; no duplicate is made.

How to recover

Use the existing resource. If the secret was lost, rotate it (`POST /v1/api_keys/{id}/rotate` or `POST /v1/webhooks/{id}/rotate`), or delete it and create a new one with a fresh key.
