The workspace has no active plan.

What happened

Creating, starting or resuming live campaigns, ad-hoc live sends (`POST /v1/sends`, thread replies) and minting inbox connect links need an active or trialing subscription. A workspace whose payment has lapsed (`unpaid`, `canceled`, `incomplete`, `paused`) gets this code. Test mode is never gated.

How to recover

Start a trial or fix billing at app.clement.so/dashboard/billing, then retry.
